Andree Martinez

Andree was born living in El Paso Texas. Her family has an interest in entertainment. From a very young age Karla (Host on the Univision show Despierta America!) and other members of the family were close to her. As a young child her family was filled with TV personalities like her sister, Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) One of the largest electric utilities in the country. SCE's top priorities are worker safety, corporate security, and business resilience. He oversees the programs and initiatives of SCE. Martinez is accountable for supplying Safety leaders in the company with the mentoring and quality programs necessary to reach the goals of their safety groups. Before taking on his current position Martinez was director for Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Before that, he worked as director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In the thirty years he spent at SCE, Martinez served in various positions of leadership in programs that were aimed at improving performance and corrections. They included posts at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS where he was responsible for the security of employees and public.
